A grand property on the Hérault River overlooking vineyards and only a short walk of 1 km across the bridge to the old town of Agde. It is located in a secure private complex with our office and 4 holiday apartments. The sandy Mediterranean beach, la Tamarissière, is only 3.5 km away at the mouth of the river and easily accessed by walking, cycling or driving.
A large, spacious ground floor apartment with private terrace and garden area with views from both bedrooms of the Hérault River. In the bright, sun filled open plan living and dining area there is also a double sofa bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes both a Senseo and filter coffee machines, an oven, and washing machine. The bathroom has a double sink vanity and bathtub. Additional amenities are central heating (which is ideal for low season), aircon in the living room, Google TV, Wi-Fi, iron & board.
From the living room and the little entrance hall you can walk directly out on a tiled private terrace with garden furniture, sunshade, and a brick-built outdoor barbecue. Cars can be parked in the private and secure back garden.
